Molly F. Jansen has established herself as a distingushed Criminal Defense Attorney in the Denver Metro Area over the last 17 years. Molly is a Colorado Native and a proud mother of three. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado State University and her law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Ms. Jansen currently hosts a radio legal talk show Monday mornings on 107.9 KBPI . Ms Jansen also hosts a live legal podcast about the legal system, The Legal Bender.
Ms. Jansen began her career interning with the RepublicanNational Committee analyzing Gubernatorial races throughout the United States. She then moved to Washington, D.C. and worked as a Legislative Aid for Congressman Thomas Campbell. Ms. Jansen attended the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law and was an intern with the Jefferson County District Attorneys . In 2003, Molly opened a law firm with another prosecutor. In 2005, she opened JansenLegal, P.C as sole practitioner. The Firm currently consists of two Attorneys ,that of Counsel and support staff.
Ms. Jansen has successfully represented clients on charges ranging from serious and/or violent offenses such as rape/sexual assault, murder, attempted murder, robbery, felony offenses with firearm enhancements, domestic violence, internet Crimes, to lower-level offenses including driving under the influence, theft-related offenses, narcotics cases, probation violations, and much more. Many of her high-profile cases have been recognized and highlighted by the media. Ms. Jansen has been appointed as a commissioner to the Colorado Judicial Review Commission for JD17- Broomfield and Adams County beginning in 2018 through 2022. Ms Jansen is a former candidate for District Attorney in the 2016 election in JD17 - Broomfield and Adams Counties.
